- Is there an order form I can download and just fax or email in?

- What are yor prices?

However, the most common types of jobs pricing sheet is available in PDF Format. If this does not meet your specifications then request an Estimate online and one of our representatives will get back to you as soon as possible.
- What does Gang Run mean?
Gang Run means that there is more than your job on the sheet of paper when it goes to press. Your job will be run with other jobs on the same sheets of paper. This is one of the reasons our rates are so low and a quicker turnaround time for jobs. There may be slight color variance from time to time.
- What type of paper do you usually carry?
Click above link for a comprehensive list of our paper stock inventory provided for you in PDF format.
- How long does it take for you to complete my order?
Your order will normally be ready to be picked up or shipped within 24-72 hours from submission of properly created files. No orders carry a guaranteed pick-up or delivery time.If you are picking up please call 516-358-0000x0 to confirm if it is ready.
- What is a "proof"?
Compucolor can furnish 2 types of proofs upon request before your job goes to press.
We can send you either a PDF proof or a printed proof from one of our Imation Proof Stations.
A proof will assure you of the content, layout, size and typeface is accurate before going to press.
If you want a proof remember to request one when ordering and also be aware that your job will be on hold until we recieve confirmation from you okaying the proof.
- Why do I need to look at a proof if I've already given you everything I need to have done?
We employ human beings to produce your work and, last time we checked, humans are not perfect. Your approval on the final proof is assurance that you have looked over every aspect of our work and approve it as accurate. It benefits everyone if errors are caught in the proofing process rather than after the job is completed and delivered.
- How do I go about getting an estimate from you?
Well, since you are here, we would suggest you use our online estimate request form. Otherwise, the best way to ensure that we get all the information necessary to do an accurate quote, give us a call and talk with one of our customer service representatives.
